COMPANY DIRECTOR - DAVID MOOR
I started work at R Murfitt of Wisbech in 1973 serving a 4 year apprenticeship as a welder and hydraulic engineer. I built fuel tankers for BP, Esso, Shell, Fina and The Royal Navy.
After the closure of Murfitts I started my own commercial body building company ‘Walpole Truck Bodies,’ a successful and reputable business for 34 years.
In 2018 I was asked to build a heating oil tank which inspired me to diversify my business to building and installing oil tanks.
So I have gone full circle, back to building fuel tanks with a slight difference in size!!
